Shaun Dustin PE, PHD
Dr. Dustin is the founder and owner of Measure. He has been working in infrastructure measurement and control since 1997, helping clients to manage risk on projects around the world.
Layla Dustin
Layla is Measure’s Director of Business Development and holds degrees in economics and psychology. She brings experience in financial modeling and data analysis, and previously coordinated a restoration project for Measure in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Jake Dustin
Jake has a degree in computer science and first started working in instrumentation in 2019. He builds GIS-integrated systems that reduce noise, clarify sensor data, and make it easier for teams to interpret complex infrastructure behavior.
Franco D. Ferreira, MBA
Franco is Measure’s COO. He brings experience in business management, strategic planning, and financial oversight, with past roles in civil and geotechnical engineering firms.
Joel Dustin PE, MSE
In addition to engineering, Joel is Fluent in Arabic, holds an MBA, and is PMP certified. Joel is key in managing projects, developing technologies and systems to ensure Measures' continued success.
